Less than 25% I mostly manage or review 25-50% I split time between coding and other work 50-75% Coding is my primary focus 75%+ I'm heads-down coding most of the day

How much of your code is written with AI?

None I write all my code manually A little I use it for autocomplete or snippets Some AI helps me with specific functions or features A lot AI generates most of my boilerplate and logic Almost all I primarily prompt and review AI-generated code

What's been your experience with stacked PRs?

Never tried them I might've heard of them but haven't used them Tried and gave up Too complicated to manage dependencies Use them sometimes When a change is too large for one PR Use them regularly My team has a workflow for stacked changes Love them Essential to how I ship code
